Rilian Ball

Rilian is a mad scientist who combines the right mix of entrepreneurship, mortgage strategy, and technical underwriting knowledge. His unrivaled vision and leadership keeps the company and First Capital Group’s quality of work top-notch.

Rilian heads up the operations and strategy side of First Capital Group. He is in charge of ensuring a quality experience for clients and lending partners. Rilian has the invaluable ability to translate a client’s goal into an actionable strategy.  He excels at articulating concepts and educating clients, so they can make empowered and informed business decisions.

At First Capital Group, Rilian is never at rest. He is constantly looking to identify newer, more efficient tools and opportunities to better the direction of the company and address client needs. His mixed background in corporate management and small business entrepreneurship allows him to look at the functionality of the company on a wider scale, making smart decisions from a business strategy perspective while fostering a creative environment for day-to-day operations.

When not working, (which is rare), Rilian enjoys spending time with his active family.  He is also very involved with his community and currently serves on the Visalia County Center Rotary Board of Directors and is involved with several non-profits.
